Centennial Planning Meeting

Hello all - Our next meeting is scheduled for July 12 at 11am in the Tech
library.  I will be sending out a general announcement which you will all
also receive - please SPREAD THE WORD - we need lots of new faces at this
meeting.  The general announcement  to follow soon is the one you should
probably send out to everyone - if they come to the planning sesssions then
they can get added to this planning list.  Make sense?

Anyway ...

As you know, Creasie did a bunch of work brainstorming about committees and
we put together a rough draft timeline.  She can flesh it out at the
meeting but I'm adding a list of the committees.  She and I came up with a
couple names for coordinators -Dan, Dick, Sheilagh- and we penciled you in
- but its all open to modification.

You all may have other things we didn't think of - if you can get them to
me before July 16th, I can incorporate them into the document - otherwise,
we can just write them in on the hard copy at the meeting and go from there.

So - think about how you'd like to be involved and what else we might need
as we go forward.

*Calendar Coordination for Multiple Events* -Check and confirm all
important dates for internal conflicts and with OPS, City of Oakland and
others as necessary to avoid calendar conflicts with outside events
